Accessibility Consulting For Arts & Performance Spaces
Apex Arts Access is an independent accessibility consulting practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, led by Meghan Sivani-Merrigan. Apex Arts Access works with music venues, performance spaces, festivals, cafés, and community gathering spots to audit physical and operational barriers, develop actionable access plans, and deliver practical staff training.
Take Control of Your Space
With nearly two decades of combined experience as a touring musician, live sound engineer, former venue operator, bartender and food server, Meghan brings a deep understanding of how music, arts, and service spaces function. Her consulting identifies both barriers and strengths within each venue, offering realistic and affordable solutions even when renovations aren’t possible.
Meghan focuses on helping venues become more comfortable, functional, and welcoming for artists, staff, and audiences, both on stage and behind the scenes.
